Ted Bohemann, Des Moines, Iowa

Ted has owned this car since 1971. It was purchased locally in Des Moines and Ted is the third owner. The car is Ermine white with black top/stripes. 

Ted decided to leave the front emblems and rear spoiler when he freshened up the paint. They were on the car when he purchased it almost 30 years ago.

Under the hood sits the original engine. If you look closely, you will notice that the car has had a cowl plenum air cleaner which Ted has only parts remaining. When Ted bought the car, it had a LT-1 350 power plant. The original 302 was down the road a bit, being raced in an tri-five Chevrolet. Ted was able to to buy the original engine back in the early 80's. 

Ted took my buddy Doug for a ride the day we photographed the car, and Doug is still talking about it ;) 

Inside you will find a deluxe black interior, console, gauges and a tinted windshield.
