I really like this picture, but it is probably something only a first year Z enthusiast can appreciate. The white paint scheme on the top of the cowl shows this car to be a 1967 "LA Built" Z-28. 

This picture also shows the excellent condition of the floor. This was probably the last time the car had any original red paint on it. I think this was the week it went to the Media Blast shop where everything except the inside floor was blasted. This is an amazing process which leaves the metal undisturbed (see the firewall shot later on).
