1967 Uniform Option Identification Tag 

This is an ultra rare Uniform Option Identification Tag (UOIT). As of 1/1/2001 only five of these sheets are known to exist. This particular one is the only one to come out of a 1967 Z-28.  All papers found have come from LA built cars. This particular document was found under the front carpet in Jon Mello's very original 67 Z-28. One other spot where this document was found is in the roof panel area.

This document decodes the trim tag.  You can see the 4L after the Z28 in the enlarged section.

This is the last one discovered and comes from Bob Greenrods 67 Z28. Bob found this in the headliner which makes it a little easier to read than the first one shown above.
